What does the “Psychological Safety Practitioner“ training offer you?

You’ll learn why psychological safety is key to the success of all teams. But how high is the level of psychological safety in your team/organization? With the help of The Fearless Organization Scan , you will identify how safe the teams currently feel, which measures could lead to an increase in the level of psychological safety and what you need on your way there.

What makes the “Psychological Safety Practitioner” training so special?

In a fixed training group, you will experience how psychological safety develops. We reflect on which interventions lead to an increase in the level of psychological safety and thus ensure a high transfer from theory to practice. With the training, you will receive all the tools you need to be able to become effective immediately.

Duration of the training “Psychological Safety Practitioner“

4 days in total, of which

• 2 days of attendance – theory
• 4 x 2 hour online sessions – accompanying The Fearless Organization Scan (once a week)
• 1 day online (4 weeks after completion of the theory) – discussion of the scan results/use of the tools
