Starting situation

Have you carried out an agile transformation or are you still in the middle of it?

Does your organization work with both classic and agile working methods?

They rely on various international standard frameworks such as: Scrum, Safe, Kanban, ITIL, Prince2, PMI, etc.

Nevertheless, your organization does not work efficiently, but slowly, sluggishly and inefficiently?

Your organization is more like a debating club than a decision-making organization?

_____

"The whole is more than the sum of its parts."

Aristotle, 384 – 322 BC

Do not focus on rationalistic or agile frameworks and models, but on work efficiency in the existing frameworks and models.

An efficient approach does not care about the framework, the model or the working methodology. Within every approach, whether classic, agile or hybrid, work efficiency is possible.

______

Efficiency

A 2-day course on improving work efficiency, including classic and agile methods, shows how the respective approaches can be applied more efficiently and combined with each other. The contents of the course include theory, practice and reflection in order to enable a sustainable improvement in the way of working.

Target group

Project managers
Team leader
Scrum Master,
Product Owner,
Change Manager
and all those who work in classic or agile organizational structures.

Course

"Work more efficiently"
Method optimization for agile and classic organizations, free of dogmas regarding the frameworks, methods and models used. How do we manage to achieve the highest level of work efficiency with the means at our disposal?

Course Objectives

• Increased efficiency by adapting and optimising existing procedures.
• Identification of inefficiencies in one's own organization.
• Improve collaboration and prioritization through cross-methodological approaches.
• Practical implementation of efficiency tools and techniques.

Results

At the end of the course, participants will have:
• A deep understanding of efficiency potentials in agile and classic methods.
• The competence to create efficiency without changing methods.
• Practical techniques to increase efficiency in your everyday work.
• A clear plan to optimize the way you work in your organization.
